marvlgirl Posted November 25, 2007 #1 Share Posted November 25, 2007 So we just got off the Spirit on Thanksgiving. We had an awesome time. Too much fun! I went to my WW WI on Saturday and boy was it ugly. I gained 5.6 pds. Yikes! Wasnt as bad as I thought though bc the day I came back I weighed in 1.5pds higher so in the two days I at least lost that. Darn all those good dining options! So I already went to Trader Joes and menu planned for the week. I also went hiking on Friday and really have recommitted. I am on maintenance so they just extended it. I only have 3pds to lose before I hit lifetime with WW. I have a personal goal though and plan on plugging away at it! I hope everyone has a good week! stellatj Posted November 26, 2007 #2 Share Posted November 26, 2007 good luck i just got back thanksgiving too. i was shocked i lost 1 lb this cruise i took the stairs always and walked the track every day i ate good so was really shocked to see a loss. my ww leader was suprised too.i lost 80 lbs in 2001 and have bounced up and down a few pounds ever since. I have 23 lbs to goal (have lost 70 so far) and I have a cruise in just 6 weeks. I really plan (hope) to not gain more than 2 lbs, but I know it will be a challenge. winewanderer Posted November 27, 2007 #4 Share Posted November 27, 2007 I returned from a cruise 2 weeks ago. 1 week land in Italy then a 14 day cruise. I gained 7 lbs. Oh my!
