celbercrz333 Posted November 26, 2007 #1 Share Posted November 26, 2007 This is something my mom made for years. It's basically the inside of a turkey pot pie. To boiling water add: potatoes, skinned & cubed, carrot slices or chunks, onions chopped and celery slices. Once they are tender, drain and add leftover (or canned) turkey gravy, the turkey pieces and even a little stuffing if you want. Serve with rolls or make biscuits. Hope this gives you another way of using all that leftover turkey. --Jo
