Water pipes on the Serenade

I just got back from Alaska on the Serenade and have my first complaint after 10 cruises. I purchased a D1- Deluxe balcony room, 9054, only to find that there were drainage pipes that converged and ran down the corner of my balcony. The constant drainage sounded like a running faucet and totally disturbed the "SERENITY" of the trip. Has anyone else experienced this this? It truly didn't totally get to me until the 3rd day of the trip upon which the sound gave me an instant headache. Anyhow, I think I'll jot off a letter to RCI. Technically, I know they can't do anything about the design but as least you all should be aware that there are balconies that have this problem. This is my second sailing on the Serenade and it's a fabulous ship but this time, not the "Serenity of the Seas."
