Destiny in Dominica

Can anyone tell me the port location of where the Destiny docks in Dominca? I am trying to book my own dive trip the day we are there, but don't know where the ship's port is located? Also, anyone know any good PADI dive shops on the island close to the port? Thanks!

I don't know anything about diving, but.....the ship docks in Roseau.

Roseau is the location of the criuse pier, and Dominica is beautiful. However, employ caution when touring independently as this is one of the most impoverished islands in the Carib.:cool:

I booked independently last November and the dive company I chose also ran a kayak and snorkel excursion that the ship offered. So I joined the ship excursion for transportation to the dive shop. I then separated from the group and was the only diver with the divemaster. This was GREAT since it had been several years since my last dive. It is true that the island is impoverished, but the people were all welcoming and friendly. Have a great time and truly enjoy the gorgeous clear waters!
