Tampa Hotels

I am staying in Tampa the night before the cruise and would like to get my hotel on priceline.com. I was wondering which areas to try for. The choices are Airport, Downtown, Brandon, Busch Gardens, Tampa North and Tampa East(fairgrounds). Thank you for your help.

For Priceline, you will want either the Downtown area, nearest the pier, or Airport.

I have read that you should avoid Busch Gardens -- not close and not super safe.
