Where do I send letter of complaint?

I have a few issues I want to mention to RCI, but don't know where the best place to get an answer. I'm platinum, so is the Crown and Anchor the best place to send it? The complaints in no way ruined by recent Navigator cruise, but they should know about them.

Yes, you can send a letter to the C/A department. You might want to send one to the North Pole also. I bet Santa will get back to you first!

You can send an email to Crown and Anchor or just call them, I have always had a timely response from my emails, and pleasant service from the Crown and Anchor staff.
