Formal Nights on Freedom Grand Mediterranean

Looking for information regarding formal nights on the 12 night Grand Mediterranean on the Freedom. How many formal nights are there and on which nights. Also, for anyone who sailed this itinerary, does camp carnival have dinner for the kids every night or only select nights?

We were on Freedom back in July on the 12 day (western) Mediterranean cruise. There were two formal nights; The first was on day 3 ( fun day at sea) and the second was on Day 9 (fun day at sea). I do know know about Camp Carnival.
