Taino Beach- how far by taxi and rates?

Going to Freeport on RCCL in June and need info. Anyone been to Taino Beach on their own? Did you take a cab, were there beach chairs, restaraunts, bathrooms, etc. How far is it from center of town/Lucaya/shopping area? Thanks! MO

I also emailed Pirates with no response, I did read somewhere on these boards that the cab fare from Freeport to Lucaya Beach is about $24.00 for 2 people and about $17.00 to Xanadu Beach

just got back we went to paradise cove 8 one way taxi fare per person. well worth it. Great snorkeling, turtles, barracuda, sting rays, best ever done. It is out kind of far, but great, nice beach too, rest rooms, food, drink, 3$ per person to get in, chairs and umbrella, 2 lounge 1 umbrella 5 bucks.... takes about 20 min by taxi to get to this almost private spot. Lucaya beach is 5 per person cab fare each way, did not hear great reports about it though. hope this helps
