iflyrc5 Posted December 20, 2007 #1 Share Posted December 20, 2007 We will be cruising on Celebrity for the first time in Jan 08. What can we expect for nightly entertainment in the main lounge/auditorium? Do they have 2 show times - one for early dinning and one for late?? On our 20 day on the Zuiderdam this spring the ships show company of singers and dancers only performed twice. Thanks for any input.

In the past Celebrity always had 2 showtimes. Generally early diners see the show after dinner and late diners see the show after their dinner. As for the Singers and Dancers, it depends on the lenght of the cruise. I believe your cruise is 11 nights so you will probaly see them 3 times in productions and they always return on the last night. Enjoy your cruise
suzeyQ Posted December 20, 2007 #3 Share Posted December 20, 2007 We were on the Galaxy in March and the entertainment really varies from night to night. There were probably 3-4 nights with singers and dancers, and then the other nights there were comedians, magicians and other performers. Most nights there were 2 shows - one for the early seating and one for the late seating. The shows for the late seating were usually after dinner, which is one thing I found different from other ships (normally they had the show for the late seating while the early seating was at dinner).
