Swimming with the Horses

Although I did a search of horseback riding & swimming with the horses on this site, there really wasn't much information that was current. My 20 year old daughter loved a similar excursion in the Bahamas and wants to include this on our next cruise. We have been to Stingray City and have toured Georgetown (Hell and back and all over.) Does anyone have any recent recommendations or experiences that they can share that will help us make our decision? Length of excursion, quality of the experience, or company recommendations would be most helpful. Thanks so very much!
