Ally's Mom Posted December 22, 2007 #1 Share Posted December 22, 2007 Our TA told me that we would receive onboard credit for our cruise on the Majesty in January. Is there a way I can find out if it's already posted to our account, or do we even have an account since we don't cruise for 4 weeks? It's only $25 each, but I want to make sure we have it when we board. We're first-time cruisers and don't know how these things work, so any help would be appreciated. Ally's Mom Posted December 22, 2007 Author #3 Share Posted December 22, 2007 you're on board credit won't show up until your cruise starts. Thanks for your quick response. Should I call NCL to see if they have a record of it?
Toyz711 Posted December 22, 2007 #4 Share Posted December 22, 2007 since you booked with a TA, NCL won't talk to you...only to the TA. you should get something from the TA that shows the OBC. last year, for alaska, we got a OBC from the TA, there was a card in our room that we had to sign and turn in, then it showed up on our onboard account. fridaythe13th Posted December 22, 2007 #5 Share Posted December 22, 2007 My TA put a note right on my invoice. If you have something in writing I would bring it with you in case there is any question after you board and find it's not there.
Philob Posted December 23, 2007 #6 Share Posted December 23, 2007 We found our OBC coupons in the mass of advertising they leave in your cabin with your Freestyle Daily, they were on colored paper and literally the size of a matchbook.
