Beach Break in Grand Cayman from Carnival Ship

I will be in Grand Cayman on the Carnival Freedom Mar 5/08. We would like to take a cab to a beach but are not sure of what beach to go to. Can anyone tell me what the cab fare is and what the best beach to go to is. Also, are there lounge chairs to rent and what would the price be for that. Any info would be appreciated. Tahnks
