Barcelona hotels

We are searching for a post-cruise, single night stay hotel in Barcelona. Any feedback regarding the Avenida Palace, the Olivia Plaza, and the Duquesa de Cardona? The first two are located just off the las Ramblas area, while the Duquesa is near the port. Any info to help me break a three-way tie would be appreciated!

We stayed at the Atrium Palace in November. I would definitely stay there again. It is a beautiful hotel. It is only a few blocks from Las Ramblas. We took the Eurobus from the airport to the final stop which is at Las Ramblas and only had a 3 block walk to our hotel. You are off Las Ramblas so there isn't the noise of other hotels. The rooms are very nice. It ranks right up on the top hotels we have stayed at.

Cant help you break your tie...but we stayed one night post cruise at Le Meridien Dec. 2nd after our Brilliance cruise. One of the Starwood chain....so if you have points you can use them.

 

Right on Las Ramblas......excellent location. Very nice hotel and very quiet room......one of the best beds I have ever slept in !
