Definitely no bottomless. There used to be topless decks on all the Carnival ships, but I believe those may have been done away with. I was on the Liberty this summer and never saw a topless deck (I wasn't looking for one, so it's possible it was there).

 

Now, at the ports of call, that is a whole different story. Depending on where you stop, many places have topless beaches and/or nude beaches.

we were told by another person that went on the conquest last summer that if you take a stairway up from the basketball court area that there is a topless sundeck. Guess we will find out in another 48 days!!!

I wish!! There used to be topless decks on the ships, but they have removed the privacy tarps and signs that said no cameras, etc. and are turning them into golf areas in the future.

 

If you're going on the Western Itinerary, I might suggest you purchase a day pass to Hedo 3- you would love their facilities!! :)
