Cruise price dropped...does it now include the fuel surcharge?

Wow, our price dropped $100 each (five of us total). I'm wondering (and hoping) this new price includes the fuel surcharge....does it? If so, we'll be saving quite a nice chunk of money!!

I doubt that the price now would include the fuel surcharge. Don't forget to call Celebrity and request the $100.00 reduction for each person that is sailing with you.
