breezes resort in nassau

We will be first time cruisers on the Imagination in Feb. One of the shore excursions is to the Breezes Resort in Nassau. Does anyone know if this going to be a selling time share or is it the fun filled day as stated for the 4 hours. Or is this side trip a waste of money the straw market doesnt interest us as we have bin there.
