What to do in Roatan w/ only 2.5 hours of sunlight???

Hello, all!

I am on next week's NCL's Spirit cruise. The "arrival" time has been pushed back from 1:00 to 3:00. DH and I had originally planned on doing snuba or scuba, but with those being cancelled and only 2 to 2.5 hours of daylight (sunset is at about 5:30), we now find ourselves with nothing planned.

Any suggestions? The boat leaves at 8:00, but based on previous posts, we sort of figured that we probably don't want to be in Rootan too long after dark anyway.

We were thinking of maybe catching a cab to Foster's beach and playing around in the sand and doing a little snorkeling for about 2 hours or so.
