Cruising and the football deprived?

First time cruiser here. We will be sailing on the Jewel Jan 13th. Any chance that NFL football games will be playing in any of the bar areas? :rolleyes:

Good luck! We settled ourselves into the pub on the Dawn to watch the Cowboys vs. Packers. They couldn't get the satellite connection to come in very well for nearly half the game. It would come in, go out, freeze frame. We still had a great time though, and by the end of the game it was working. (I noticed they replayed the game on the cabin TV the next day.)

They do try. It's just funny sometimes b/c the satelite "hiccups" (very scientific term) & then the image on the screen freezes. Not my favorite way to watch football but it's better than nothing. Plus, for me, once I'm in the warm climates which being frm the northeast is not football weather to me, I sometimes forget to watch the game.
