Heads up: Camuy Caves closed until further notice

Hate to be a bearer of bad news but there was an unfortunte accident at the Camuy Caves today. A Californian tourist, waiting in line for the tram, died when she was struck in the head by a rock that had broken loose and fallen.

According to the article, that was the first accident (of any type?) that as ocurred since the Caves were opened to the public on 12/18/86.

 

If I read/hear that they are opening up soon again, I'll post news to that effect - unless someone beats me to it.
