Wondering how far is this beach from princess Caribbean Jan.27 docking. Curious to know how much and how easy to get a taxi to and back to ship? Thankyou for any info. about this beach.

Secret Harbour is about a 20 minute taxi ride from the Havensight pier and costs about $10 per person for the taxi. It is very easy to catch taxis at the pier. They are lined up all day long. The return taxi is still no problem. You can either arrange for the taxi that took you there to come back and get you at a predetermined time or you can ask the front dest at the Secret Harbour hotel to call a taxi for you when you are ready to return to the ship.

 

The beach is absolutely beautiful with very calm, clear water and very good snorkeling. It has lots of palm trees surrounding the beach providing shade if you want it and also has a restaurant, bar, and dive shop on site. It's a very good way to spend a day.

can you rent chairs?

There are chairs available on the beach. I think they are primarily there for the hotel guests but we did use them and no one ever said a word to us.

Stop in Hotel Lobby and rent chairs, $5 each. During the winter season it is enforced, get a receipt!

There is a dive shop http://aadivers.com/. They have kayaks.
