JennAngel9 Posted January 8, 2008 #1 Share Posted January 8, 2008 I was wondering if anybody had tried to tour Barcelona on the day of arrival, either on the way to the ship from the airport, or after checking into the ship. Are there any experts out there who can suggest the best way to see as much as possible? I was thinking of getting a driver to pick us up from the airport (9am) and show us around the city before dropping us off at the pier around 1pm, but my husband thinks it might be better to check in, drop our luggage off and then browse around the city on our own. I'm just worried we wouldn't have enough time, given that we might not be able to check in until after noon. As far as I can tell, NCL does not offer any transfers TO the ship with a city tour or any shore excursions from the ship on embarkation day. Is this likely to remain the case? Whitewings2 Posted January 13, 2008 #2 Share Posted January 13, 2008 I was wondering the same thing. Does NCL allow passengers to leave the ship after checking in on embarcation day?
