Upgrade to category 12

I am booked in a category 11 cabin for my upcoming cruise, but I noticed today that there are still some category 12 cabins available. What are my chances of getting upgraded to a category 12? How do I go about getting an upgrade?

We've booked Cat 11's the last couple times... always hoping for an upgrade to Cat 12. It's never happened. That's not to say it won't to you, which I hope it does. Each time there's been several Cat 12's still available.. one time all 10 were shown, but again never an upgrade. We've LOVED the Cat 11's, but still it would be nice just once. Good luck!

If you had booked a cat 11 guarantee, you would have a very good chance of getting the cat 12 upgrade if one were available.

Wifie originally booked a Cat 11 on the Elation.

After I saw that a Cat 12 was available for nominal dollars I upgraded us.

If you really would like a Cat 12 and one is available, book it. Upgrades by the cruise line to a Cat 12 suite are probably not that common. :D
