Caribbean Shore Excursion Timing

For some reason, I am currently unable to search this board, so I apologize in advance if someone has already listed this information.

 

I am noticing that on my shore excursion booking form, there are often A and B options. Does anyone have a list of what time each excursion leaves (or know where I could find one)? Is it safe to assume that the B excursion leaves later in the day than the A excursion? Is there any downside to booking one over the other?

I phoned Cunard yesterday regarding shore excursion times. They gave them to me over the phone and also Emailed them.
