Checking a case of Dt. Coke

Has anyone ever done this. Put a room tag on a case of soda, probably tape it up some with packing tape, and check it with the rest of your luggage? I know you can bring a reasonable amount onboard

We had ours in a soft sided cooler and put a luggage tag on it all three times we have cruised. It always made it to our room.

YES! No problem. I put some clear packing tape around it with a luggage tag taped to both sides. I take a case of decaf diet coke.

I haven't, but my mil does all the time. She said she's never had a problem with it being delivered with her suitcases. I'm just afraid someone will shake it up for me and when I go to open it I'll be surprised.

Has anybody notice if they open the case of soda to check that it is all sodas?

I did it with a case of water. It was the first thing delivered to my door!

Thanks alot for the quick replies. Gotta have my Dt. Coke first thing in the morning(never learned to like coffee).
