30% Refund and 50% Discount

To the people who cruised this past week and were offered a partial refund and a 50% discount towards a future cruise, could you please tell me when we will get our refund and how as well as the 50% discount? Do we get a coupon for the discount?

Didn't you get something in writing - prior to leaving the ship? :confused: Seems the purser's office (or other personnel) would have given all the passengers some papers or something stating these benefits are due them. Maybe I'm not following you.

My PVP told me that we will be getting a letter from Carnival with the future discount. I have one coming from the Fantasy.

Well we got the $100 shipboard credit on our S/S card. However we haven't learned about the refund and the discount yet. It's on the website as far as it being in writing.

I still had not received my 50% discount but I called my PVP today and cancelled my 5/01/05 on the Miracle and booked the same date for four nights on the Fantasy. I was able to get a category twelve suite for half price. My PVP just pulled up my sailing last month on the Fantasy and booked me and I was given the instant credit of 50%. Worked great. I am waiting to see how I like the Voyager class ships before I book another seven day cruise to see who I am going with next. Great way to spend lunch time!!:)
