Can't help you with Priceline, but thought I'd throw something else out. We'll be visiting Charleston mid-February and wanted to stay near the historic area. We booked a bed & breakfast a block off Meeting Street for $89/night. It's the King George IV Inn and coincidentally was metioned in this month's issue of Conde Nast Traveler as a best deal for Charleston. They have a website: www.kinggeorgeiv.com where you can look at all the rooms they have available. The rate includes the room and breakfast for two each morning.
