That is because that is all they want you to know. They do not accept inbound calls other than to reservations, then you have to go through a couple of layers before you get to who you really want (I know, I was a res agent for Princess, and I spent half my day transferring calls from here to there before those who wanted to speak to someone finally got to where they wanted to go). Call the res number and take it from there.
