Oboedot Posted January 16, 2008 #1 Share Posted January 16, 2008 We booked Godfrey's tours for our day in St. Thomas. He met us at the port, as promised, and took us all around the island. The tour included an optional two hour stop at a beautiful beach (Sapphire beach; Godfrey explained that Magen Bay now charges $4 per person, and Coki beach is very crowded because all of the tour buses go there). I would highly recommend Godfrey's tours - certainly worth the $25 per person. He can be reached at godfrey@godfreytoursvi.com.
mom23guys Posted January 17, 2008 #2 Share Posted January 17, 2008 How crowded was his bus.? When I've seen pictures of these tours the buses seem like they pack people in four or more to a seat. I'm looking to book the one who gives us a little breathing room.
Oboedot Posted January 17, 2008 Author #3 Share Posted January 17, 2008 I can't remember the number of people, but I wasn't crowded. We went on the open buggy - and four could fit very comfortably on each bench. It was nice to go on an open air buggy rather than on a full size motorcoach. I hope that helps! If not, ask again. mom23guys Posted January 17, 2008 #4 Share Posted January 17, 2008 Thanks, I saw four people but wasn't sure it they were just crammed in or if there was plenty of room. You answered the question.

Oboedot Posted January 18, 2008 Author #6 Share Posted January 18, 2008 http://godfreytoursvi.com/ Godfrey gives a better description than I can. We went to Sapphire beach - lovely beach. We went to the places he describes. Great day!
