Is Coral Princess dining room open on embarkation day?

Lately, it seems that some ships are serving lunch in the dining room on embarkation day. Does anyone have knowledge of whether this is true on the Coral Princess?

Although it's been 2 yrs sinceRur canal transit on Coral, the day of embarkation, we were restricted to dining in the Horizon Court.

Dinner at sea that evening was in the DRs (traditional and anytime).

There is no set yes or no on any Princess ship, just stop by each dining room and check. We always try to go to the dining room on embarkation day. :)

We have always found the lunch venue to be the buffet on departure day. Turn around day is probably just too hectic for a regular lunch service in the dining room. That being said, (depending on the ship) Colorado Cruiser's experience has been different. Perhaps one or more of the anytime dining rooms would be open.

The reason that they would be open would be to serve back to back passengers and ship tours (TA's etc) coming onboard for a few hours. :)

...we have just never encountered it. I guess we just did not look hard enough.
