Westin Grand or Bayshore Vancouver

I am trying to decide whether to stay in the Westin Grand or the Westin Bayshore. Any suggestions or opinions on the two hotels would be appreciated.

Both are very nice hotels. The Westin Grand has you more in the downtown core at the end of Robson Street and just a few blocks from trendy Yaletown (the warhouse district).

 

The Bayshore is on coal harbour, adjacent to Stanley Park. There is a seawall that will take you to downtown. My preference would be for the Bayshore - just because of its location. If you can get a north-facing room, over the water and mountains ... very special!
