missycruisin Posted January 19, 2008 #1 Share Posted January 19, 2008 i'm booked on Carnival in July to the Caribbean. i noticed there's a Cayman Parasail and Beach Escape excursion, but it does not show up on the list when i login to my booking. Is there a reason for that? Is it too early for them to accept reservations for that excursion or it won't be available for the day i'm there?? i only see it on the shore excursion list in general, when i'm not logged in with my cruise reservation. i was really thinking about doing that, but i guess i can't. :(
drew sailbum Posted January 19, 2008 #2 Share Posted January 19, 2008 Skip the ship's tour. All they are offering is a pre-arranged ride to and from the beach (on their schedule - not yours) and to set up the parasailing for you (and keep a tidy commission). You'll probably pay less and enjoy your day more by just doing it yourself. Look up parasailing in the yellow pages at www.caymanislandsyp.com Call or email the operator yourself.
