nschamp Posted January 20, 2008 #1 Share Posted January 20, 2008 Sailing on the 25th Feb, Coral Princess. Fortunate enough to have $300 room credit from TA and early booking. We would like to know if the RC can, or will be applied to pre-booked shore excursion charges. Are their any restrictions of use for the room credit? Also, when retiring for the evening how will you be aware of time changes? Don't want to sleep through a Tour call :)

I assume you mean room credit which on Princess, is called your "OBC" or onboard credit on your onboard account. Yes, your shore excursion charges will be charged to your onboard account. The only things that aren't charged to your onboard account are the casino and any "FCC" or future cruise credit (which is charged directly to the credit card on file for your onboard account.) As for any time changes, it'll be announced in the Princess Patter which will be placed in your cabin every afternoon or evening. In addition, a little card will be placed on your pillow after it's made up for the night as a reminder.
Druke I Posted January 20, 2008 #3 Share Posted January 20, 2008 Yes, the credit can be applied to your excursions, as well as your gratuities. There will be a card on your pillow advising you to reset your clocks when there is a time change. It will also be posted in the Patter (the daily activity newsheet).
