under water sea cycle??

:confused: does anyone know of a type of excursion/trip that uses an underwater sea scooter. Everything we check on is either the radio snorkel/helmet dive/snuba. We know we are not crazy b/c we seen it last year when we where booking our cruise. If it is not in Grand Caymen is it in Cozumel???
