Questions about under 18's traveling w/me

I will be traveling with my own 2 daughters and 3 of thier friends who are 17 & 18 yrs old. I hope someone can help with these questions: First of all, do I need letters from parents in case of emergency? How do they get their own sign and sail cards (not my credit card)? Should we have the tip money on the card for them or pay in advance? want to make sure they save enough for that. Also for excursions and stuff? any suggestions?

You will need letters signed by both parents granting permission to travel as well as permission to approve emergency medical procedures.

 

If you don't want to put them on your credit card for S&S purposes, they will need to have cash for a cash deposit.
