Also, is a repo cruise any different from a return-to-same-port cruise? Anything in particular to consider?

The Captain will avoid hurricane areas if at all possible. That doesn't mean, however, that you won't get bad weather. Odds are good you'll be fine but do make sure you have your favorite brand of seasickness medicine and take it.

 

The only difference with a repo is that you may have to purchase airfare from 1 or both locations. Personally, I love Repo cruises because they are usually longer.

We're doing our first Repo in November and I'm totally stoked! Getting to hit some new ports in the Caribbean seems awesome, plus a good amount of sea days.
