From the Aston website:
"The ASTON Waikiki Banyan is a family favorite resort offering extra space, extra comfort, and extra privacy in large One-bedroom condominium suites located only two blocks from the beach in the heart of Waikiki. Our welcoming, beautiful open air lobby with waterfall fishpond is graced with photos of "Old Hawaii" recalling our warm aloha heritage.

All suites feature a fully-equipped kitchen and a large lanai. This is a family-friendly resort where every arriving child receives a personal welcome with a sand pail filled with surprises. Every member of the family will enjoy our spacious recreation deck offering a large heated swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, tennis court, basketball court, barbecues and picnic area.

All of the fun of Waikiki is only a few minutes walk away. Just 10 miles from the Honolulu International Airport.

One block from world-famous Waikiki Beach
Children receive a FREE Beach Pail & Shovel, Coloring Book & Crayons, Squirt toy & Sunglasses at Check-in!
Parking available at US$7.00 per day
Heated swimming pool & playground for children located on 6th floor Recreation Deck"

Checked the location on the map. It's on the same side of Waikiki as the Radisson Prince Kuhio, the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel, Pacific Beach Hotel, and the Waikiki Marriott. It's in a good location for most things. Close to Waikiki Beach, close to International Marketplace (for now). Close to the Honolulu Zoo and very walkable distance to the Waikiki Aquarium. Pretty far from central Waikiki itself (Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center), DFS Galleria, etc. but otherwise, not a bad location at all. Can't comment on the rooms though.
