Honolulu hotel close to Aloha Tower??

If we get in a day ahead, is there a nice hotel in the area of the ship's dock where we could enjoy an evening & day and still be close enough to check out boarding info etc. before dragging our luggage over to the pier??? Would appreciate thoughts of past Hawaii travelers. Thanks...............

Unfortunately, there really are no hotels that are at Aloha Tower itself. The closest that it gets is the Aston at the Executive Centre that's in the middle of Honolulu's financial district. It's about 4-5 blocks away from Aloha Tower. It's not particularly cheap but not expensive as well. Rooms appear nice.

That's the one I would recommend. True, not inexpensive, but very much within walking distance of the pier. It's smack dab in the middle of downtown on the corner of Bishop and Hotel. It's also just two blocks from Iolani Palace. Rooms are indeed very nice with awesome views.
