5 Hours in Nassau?

We will only be in Nassau from 1-6 pm. If you only had those hours available to you, what would you do with them? I've been to the public beach near the Atlantis and it was super rough that day.... little kids could never swim there. Any thing else of interest that is a must see/do during that time frame?
