Family of 4 on NCL Pride of America

We are thinking of doing Hawaii on Pride of America. We have only sailed on RCCL and Disney in the past. From the NCL brochure it looks like the configuration to sleep 4 in an ocean view or balcony stateroom is really tight. Is this true? Are the pull downs right over the main bed as the picture seems to show? Also the brochure eludes to discounting available on adjoining staterooms for families. What level of discounting do they give you? Any help would be appreciated.
