wine store near aloha tower

We will be traveling by air for 12 hours to get to Honolulu to begin our cruise. We would like to carry wine on board with us, but not carry it across the country and the ocean! Can anyone recommend a store to buy wine that is in walking distance of the pier?

However, read your ticket regarding taking alcohol on board. Some lines do not allow it.

Unfortunately, none that I'm aware of. There MIGHT be a small convenience store in Aloha Tower Marketplace but I can't recall one off the top of my head. The surrounding area is Honolulu's financial district and industrial warehouses ... can't recall a wine specialty store in the area (though there may be non-distinctive liquor stores in the area). K-mart is down the road (approx. across the street from Hilo Hatties) and they carry wine too (nothing special) so that might be an option as well (you could take the free shuttle to Hilo Hatties and then walk back a little to K-mart).
