Need help with info re: wireless areas on Victory

I am hoping I can get some help regarding the wireless areas on the Victory. My DH, Jim, wants to take our Laptop to use but he does not want to lug it along if he just has to sit in the internet cafe to use it. Can anybody help? Thank You so much. Oh and he isnt taking it to use for work ;) it is to communicate with the DD's. :)

I don't believe that wifi is available in the cabins on the Victory. As a minumum he should get a signal on decks 4, 5 and 9...

...was on the victory for christmas. got a wifi signal that was just fine in my room....9264. i tried to send christmas emails from the lido deck out by the pool and had little luck from my deck chair. i didn't wander around to find a better signal because i was too busy relaxing.

My laptop saw the Carnival WiFi from cabin 7250, but I didn't try to connect to it. I found free connections in San Juan and St. Maarten (very weak signal) from the balcony.
