MarkE Posted April 25, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 25, 2004 The serenade sails at 11:59 PM Oct.7. At what time can you board ship? Will hotels send luggage to port and hold until you arrive from a day trip for check in? 10/7 Serenade Cruise

spleen93 Posted April 26, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 26, 2004 Hotels will most likely not send luggage to port without you. Only exception is if you're doing a pre-cruise stay through the cruise line in which case they probably will offer luggage transfer service. MidtheNight Posted April 26, 2004 #4 Share Posted April 26, 2004 MarkE- I've seen a number of posts/reviews that have said that cruisers will drop off their luggage, check in, maybe eat lunch on the ship and then take off to do some sightseeing and arrive back in plenty of time prior to the ships departure. I know that's what we're planning on doing on our trip.
