Type out a nice letter and send it via snail mail. It seems snail mail has more weight nowadays as it actually takes some effort.

 

With a bit of luck you'll be graced with a nice 45 day letter and some variety of gift on your next cruise.

Just called for my letter yesterday. I took the photo coupon as my first choice and 4 drink coupons as our second choice. We buy 1 photo per cruise so that is great! They had a lot of nice choices! Hope you get one!

Sometimes when you submit a letter commenting about your cruise, positively, negatively or just 'I had a great time' you'll get a letter back thanking you and asking you to call, within 45 days of your next cruise. You'll be offered something free from the Bon Voyage department, perhaps a bottle of champagne, chocolates, a fruit basket, drink tickets or a photo coupon.

 

It really seems quite random. I got one as have many other folks but we hear from members who have never been graced with one.

 

Bottom line, it's worth the time to write a letter and mail it out.

I found it well worth my effort. On my October cruise we got 4 drink coupons and the photo coupon. Now the Photo COupon is only worth 15.00 but that is 15.00 less I have to spend on pictures.
