what is the thalasotherapy pool?

I was reading about the thalasotherapy pool in the spa area which I guess you pay extra to use - not sure how much for a nine day cruise on Jewel - so I am wondering what it is. I love to swim and be in the water so it may be worth it to me, but what is it exactly? Thanks
