Question about B2B on Carnival in NOLA`

I'll be sailing the Fantasy in a couple weeks. I'm doing B2B2B on the ship (4/5/5 night)

 

I've only done B2B once before on the Conquest (out of Galveston) Basically they kept me and another couple on the ship. Once everyone else had been cleared we were escorted to the customs desk in the terminal, then back onto the ship after we declared anything we had. Leaving all luggage onboard etc....

 

Once onboard (or right before getting back on) we were given our new room cards then given full access to the ship. Including our staterooms (I switched between cruises, not sure about this time since I did GTY)

 

Anyone ever done B2B in NOLA? How is it handled?

We did it a few months ago on the Fantasy and it was just the way you described your previous experience. Have a great cruise !
