I did the Atlantis Submarine in Cozumel last month. It was AWESOME. It is expensive though, around $100.00 per person. I had booked through cozumelinsider.com (it was cheaper than through the ship), but because of hurricane Charley, the the schedule was switched at last minute and we ended up going to Cozumel on a different day. I had no way to contact cozumelinsider.com to reschedule so I re-booked it through the ship. Cozumelinsider.com refunded my money back within a week, so I would highly recommend using them for your excursions in Cozumel.

We also did the Atlantis in Grand Cayman. It is definitely worth the money. There is plenty to see. I would recommend a submarine ride in Cozumel. The snorkeling is so great there, I can only imagine how amazing the sub ride would be!
