car service Brooklyn to Bayonne

Has anyone ever taken car service from Brooklyn to Cape Liberty? Did you get a driver that spoke English? The last car service we used to get to Penn Station, we had to write down the avenue and cross street for him. After he got lost, we had to give him directions.

 

Any recommendations? Any idea on price?

 

We will more than likely drive ourselves, but I would like to know our options.
