Mariner - Jeans ever acceptable?

on the mariner, are jeans acceptable on casual nights in the dining room? I don't mind dressing nicer, but DH isn't a dress up kind of person. I am just excited he will wear a tux for formal night! I was just wondering if he will be able to wear nice jeans on the casual nights in the main dining room.

My 15 year old wore black jeans on casual night. You couldn't even tell they were jeans.

I hope so, on casual nights I wil be wearing jeans, but they are quite smart and will be worn with a jacket.

Unless they are ripped and worn, jeans are fine on casual evenings. But, if you're doing the Caribbean, I think you'll find them a bit heavy and not at all tropical! That's why you seldom see folks in jeans!

But, a nice darkwash pair with heels and a cute top are fine.

There will be those who say NEVER, NEVER, NEVER!!! Ignore them--there's no rule about jeans!

My sons have worn jeans and a dress shirt in the dining room (new jeans of course).

Nice jeans are fairly common on casual nights -- not a problem.
