Excursions in Grand Caymen??

It will be our first time in George Town. We are in our 60s. We have been looking at the Nautilus Undersea Tour - $55, the Atlantis Submarine - $94, or the Seaworld Exlorer Semi-Submarine - $37.

Does anybody have any suggestions? Are these pretty similar?

I wonder what one would actually see; there seems to be such a price difference.
