Bahamas Immigration Form

On our last Majesty cruise, we didn't get the forms in our packet, so we had to fill them out when we got to the port. The girl who handed them to us said "just sign them, you don't need to fill out anything else". So, that's what we did! No problems! :)

 

But, usually we leave the space blank that says Intended Address, because we are on a cruise, not staying in a hotel. They've never said anything about it.
