Bahamas Immigration Form

In filling out the Bahamas form, I note that there is a space for port of embarkation, which I assume is the port we board the ship on. What do we put for Intended address in the Bahamas. CocoCay?

I think that's right. To be honest, I'm not sure that those forms are examined too closely when it comes to intended destination, etc, just because they will be turned in for the ship and the itineary is well known.

Hey Marle - Where did you get that form? I don't remember it being in my cruise documents that I printed off?

I get my cruise docs mailed to my TA, and they were in there. One for each of us.

On our last Majesty cruise, we didn't get the forms in our packet, so we had to fill them out when we got to the port. The girl who handed them to us said "just sign them, you don't need to fill out anything else". So, that's what we did! No problems! :)

 

But, usually we leave the space blank that says Intended Address, because we are on a cruise, not staying in a hotel. They've never said anything about it.
